 About Fergy's On Main
Fergy's on Main has actually been in operation for over eight years. Ken and Doris Ferguson started cooking out of their small galley kitchen in their home for family and friends. When Ken brought in our fifth refrigerator and put it in the living room in July 2006, we decided to move the cook-for-hire business to a rental property. By June 2007, business tripled and we outgrew that place. So, we moved to our present location at 823 West Main Street in Ashland, Ohio in July 2007. This building used to house the Park Market and Deli. We are a fully licensed catering business with an LLC and liability insurance. Fergy's on Main will cater any sized group. We have done as few as two people and for large groups of over 400 people. Our clients range from personal friends and colleagues to schools and businesses in Ashland, Mansfield, Columbus, Lexington, Mt. Vernon, Shelby, Ontario, Tiffin, Cincinnati, and locales in between. We usually cater within a 60-mile radius of Ashland, but we can go further if you want! We have prepared food for a variety of events; such as: birthday parties, graduation, retirement, holiday parties, bridal showers, luncheons, wedding receptions, baby showers, anniversary parties, class reunions, corporate meetings, school workshops, and just "special days" in people's lives. We are able to cater whenever you need us. We have one client who books us for every holiday, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day, because they have 85 employees who must work. They want to give those dedicated employees something special to eat on those days as a way to show their appreciation. Fergy's on Main can prepare an entire meal, or we can do as much of it as you want. For example, we have prepared the entree and the attendees have brought their own desserts. However, most clients prefer us to do everything, since they know how delicious everything is! We offer amble-serving sizes. We always use attractive serving dishes and baskets. We pride ourselves in creating an inviting presentation. We can customize out menus to suit people's dietary needs. We just ask to be notified ahead of time. |
